Chef Jon Sybert, and co-owners Jill Tyler and Bill Jensen, will host Inside Access from Chase guests at their signature restaurant, Tail Up Goat. The Mediterranean inspired evening will begin with a private cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a five-course family-style wine paired dinner. In keeping with Tail Up Goat's motto that “the best meals are those shared with friends,” dinner will be served family-style.

Recently awarded their first Michelin star, Tail Up Goat is based in the historic Adams Morgan enclave of Washington, DC.

After a decade working side-by-side at some of the city's finest restaurants, owners Jon Sybert, Jill Tyler, and Bill Jensen opened Tail Up Goat in 2016. As longtime Adams Morgan residents, their hope has been to establish the kind of enduring local institution they would want to frequent themselves.
