Join us for a custom VIP experience at New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins! The evening will start with an exclusive tour of New Belgium’s “Mothership” brewing facility including a behind-the-scenes look at the brewhouse, wood cellar, and packaging hall all while enjoying some of the best beers that New Belgium has to offer.

Following the tour, Cardmembers will be escorted to Brewhouse Two to enjoy a private three-course beer-paired dinner lead by Wood Cellar director, Lauren Limbach. With beautiful natural light, cathedral ceilings and the sounds of grain running in and the warmth of simmering kettles, Brewhouse Two will serve as the perfect backdrop for Lauren to take Cardmembers on a journey of food and beer pairing through the magic of wood-aged and acidified beers.

To culminate this exclusive evening, guests will get a chance to enjoy a live musical performance as desserts are served and Cardmembers are able to revisit their favorite beer selections from the dinner, or sample any additional beers available. Each guest will also receive a New Belgium gift bag which will include glassware, brewery merchandise, and a specialty beer.

New Belgium Brewing was founded in 1991 in Fort Collins, Colorado, by Kim Jordan, a social worker, who built her company the only way a social worker would: People first. Over the past three decades, New Belgium has turned that ethos into a unique “human-powered” business model through practices that were, and still are, rare in the business world: fully paid healthcare premiums for all coworkers, paying a living wage, open-book management, renewable energy sourcing, a free onsite medical clinic and physician, a deep commitment to philanthropy and advocacy, and much more. With expansions to Asheville, NC, in 2016; Denver, CO., in 2018; San Francisco in 2021; and the 2021 acquisition of Bell’s Brewery, based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, this people-centric model has led New Belgium to become arguably the most popular and fastest-growing American craft brewer today. New Belgium is famous for its flagship beer, Fat Tire Amber Ale; year-round favorites like Voodoo Ranger IPA (America’s #1 IPA brand), Dominga Mimosa Sour, and La Folie Sour Brown Ale; and an award-winning wood-aged sour program and innovative limited release beers.

Lauren Woods Limbach developed New Belgium Brewing’s award-winning sour beer program. She serves as its chief curator, carefully tasting and blending the barrels, recording their personalities, and bringing them to life. Lauren is adamant about making craft beer accessible. She enjoys connecting with other brewers through collaborations, engaging with consumers by sharing beer in their communities, and learning with coworkers through beer education. In addition to her sour success, Lauren also built New Belgium’s sensory program and took it from a basic production check to its present-day world-class program. Lauren has served as a judge at the World Beer Cup and Great American Beer Festival and as a faculty member of Siebel Institute of Technology. In 2016, Lauren was named "Beer Person of the Year" by Imbibe magazine. In 2019, Lauren was awarded the prestigious Russell Scherer Award for Innovation in Craft Brewing. Lauren received her BSW from the University of Georgia and holds a Certificate from University of California- Davis for Applied Sensory Science and Consumer Testing.
