As an official partner of the festival, United Card Events is excited to welcome back the Napa Valley Film Festival after their two-year hiatus and provide Cardmembers with an unforgettable weekend filled with VIP access and exclusively curated experiences surrounding culinary, film, and wine.

After a private welcome reception at a nearby winery, Cardmembers will attend a VIP pre-screening reception at the Chuck Williams Culinary Arts Museum which will transport guests back in time when great European chefs were using their ingenuity to create beautiful and practical tools to make their culinary masterpieces. Following the reception, guests will proceed to the Ecolab theater for the festival’s first film screening, then attend a VIP post-screening reception with gourmet hors d’oeuvres alongside invited film talent.

Cardmembers will begin the next day with the first of their high-end culinary experiences including a private hosted brunch at The Chartered Oak with Chef Christopher Kostow. The seasonally highlighted menu will feature family-style dining options centered around local ingredients from the more than five-acre culinary garden that sits on St. Helena Montessori School, growing crops using organic, sustainable techniques.

After brunch, Cardmembers will embark on a private tour and joint wine tasting at Fisher Vineyards located in Santa Rosa, CA at the Calistoga Estate featuring wines from the Hourglass Winery. Fisher Vineyards is nestled at the foot of The Palisades Mountain range, a vineyard whose family legacy spans six decades featuring three vineyards that produce a variety of fine wines. Within this picturesque setting an Hourglass wine tasting will be led by a team of winemakers. Hourglass winery is a secluded and sustainable family-run winery with a fascinating history as rich as its wine. As the evening approaches, Cardmembers will be able to attend their second VIP pre-screening reception, followed by a post-screening seated multi-course dinner inspired by the evening’s film alongside VIP guests and invited film cast and crew.

The culinary experience continues Saturday where Cardmembers will have the opportunity to participate in a private cooking demo featuring Chef Kostow, where he’ll demonstrate techniques used to create the previous day’s brunch menu along with additional insights and offerings. Cardmembers will then have the chance to explore another private boutique winery featuring breathtaking views of the Napa Valley countryside while partaking in a special wine tasting featuring Okapi fine wines and led by their owners and winemakers. As the evening commences, Cardmembers will have the opportunity to attend a VIP pre-screening reception, followed by a post-screening seated multi course dinner with invited film cast and crew.

Sunday will feature the fourth and final film screening of the weekend with a Q&A session at the Culinary Institute of America at Copia located in the heart of Napa’s Oxbow District. Cardmembers will then be able to attend a Sunday brunch and revisit the most beloved films of the weekend prior to their departure.

This VIP package will also include 3-nights of accommodations at The Westin Verasa Napa that is located within walking distance to all festival screenings and receptions and is the official hotel of the festival. Additional transportation is included for all off-site private events.
