Join Chef Aaron Bludorn for a special dining experience at his New American, French-inspired restaurant, Bludorn, in Houston.

The evening in Houston will begin with a private cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception. Cardmembers will be invited to participate in an interactive mixology experience, where they’ll learn how to make unique cocktails as they enjoy various passed hors d’oeuvres and items from a delicious raw bar.

Following the reception, Cardmembers will be seated for a specially curated multi-course menu accompanied by wine pairings. The menu will feature a mix of Chef’s favorite seasonally rotating dishes paired with select global wines. As a memento of this one-of-a-kind evening, guests will receive a curated gift bag featuring a cocktail kit to enjoy at home.

Chef and next-generation restaurateur, Aaron Bludorn’s mission is to create meaningful experiences through food and hospitality. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Aaron was drawn to the kitchen at an early age during his first job working as a dishwasher and prep cook in a small diner on Bainbridge Island. Energized by the camaraderie demonstrated in restaurants, Aaron pursued a career in hospitality and began his journey at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park. His learnings at CIA led to a prosperous career working under the country’s most celebrated chefs including Michelin-starred Chef Douglas Keene and Daniel Boulud. While working as Executive Chef in Manhattan’s Café Boulud, Aaron met his now-wife, Victoria Pappas Bludorn, and was cast in Netflix’s blockbuster culinary competition show, The Final Table, where he competed alongside renowned chefs from across the globe. That same year, he was honored by Star Chefs when he earned New York City’s Rising Star Community Chef Award. His menu is inspired by their story and what they enjoy the most about restaurants and he looks forward to treating his guests to the same.

Acclaimed Chef and former Café Boulud alum, Chef Aaron Bludorn’s first solo concept story tells his culinary journey that led him to Houston. Following a successful tenure working under Michelin-starred chefs in California and New York, Bludorn most recently served as Executive Chef at Café Boulud where he met his wife and Houston-native, Victoria Pappas Bludorn. Located in Houston's historic Fourth-ward, the 7,8000 square foot space was designed by local designers, Courtney Hill Interiors and Craig Schuster of Schuster Inc., who created an ambiance where guests experience fine dining in a casually refined neighborhood restaurant. Bludorn serves French-inspired Gulf fare with an emphasis on seasonality and sustainability. His cuisine is complemented by an eclectic cocktail menu that features modern takes on classic recipes, an in-house pastry program, and Sommelier-led global wine list.
